Do I need an ongoing IT support contract to hire you for a project?
No. We take on standalone, fixed-scope project work with no obligation to sign up for anything ongoing. Many project clients do move into one of our care plans afterward, but it's never a requirement.
How is project pricing calculated?
After an initial scoping call, you'll get a written proposal with a fixed project fee. You'll know the total cost before we start, and it won't change unless the scope does.
Can you work alongside our existing IT person or team?
Yes. We regularly step in as specialized project engineers alongside an internal IT manager or team, handling infrastructure work that needs extra hands or specialized expertise.
